Panasonic announced a new lens molding technology that makes camera lenses cheaper to produce and also considerably more reliable and with higher performance. It’s a far-infrared lens molding tech for far-infrared aspherical lenses that uses chalcogenide glass boosting the performance of cameras and sensors.
