A few years ago, Sally Mueller made a major revelation: Life doesn’t have to pause just because you are entering a new phase of life. As Mueller entered menopause—alongside over 50 million women in the U.S. alone—she realized that both solutions and support were not easy to come by. So in 2021, she ventured out on a journey to fill the gap in the market, co-founding the brand Womaness.

Dedicated to addressing the real changes of menopause, Womaness offers a high-performance collection of modern products created by women for women, plus a community providing unlimited inspiration and support. The brand’s product categories—ranging from supplements to sexual wellness, skin, and body—offer head-to-toe solutions for concerns such as hot flashes, dry skin, sleepless nights, vaginal dryness, and everything in between. Today, less than a year since its launch, Womaness has garnered the attention of thousands, achieving over $2 million in sales via its website and successful launch at Target and selling over 11,000 units of its top-rated neck cream, Let’s Neck. As the co-founder and CEO of Womaness, Mueller is paving a better path for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.

Before Mueller began crafting products to take the pause out of menopause, she spent over two decades in her early career working her way up at Target, from merchandising associate to the senior marketing executive. She then left to help other companies create strategic partnerships that foster successful new brands. She also held the position of chief brand officer at Who What Wear, where she launched the activewear line JoyLab and incubated the skincare line Versed.
