In an interview with Benny Johnson, Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) revealed shocking information about the long-awaited Epstein files, implying that they have either been destroyed or tampered with beyond credibility.

According to Burchett, the American people should not trust any so-called “release” of Epstein-related documents, as any version provided by the government will be heavily doctored to protect the elites.

“What the hell is going on with this list, man?” Johnson pressed, echoing the frustration of millions of Americans tired of government stonewalling.

“I don’t think it exists anymore. I think they’ve doctored it, and we shouldn’t trust what comes out. I just think they delayed it, and there was nothing,” Burchett said.

Burchett then criticized Attorney General Pam Bondi, who had previously suggested that the documents were in their possession, for her reckless and misleading statements.

“She was way over her skis when she said, ‘It’s sitting on my desk.’ Now, why the heck would she say that? She’s big-dogging it, and it blew up in her face. That was a stupid move,” Burchett said.

It can be recalled that Bondi claimed she’d been misled by the FBI.

“I was assured 120 pages was all there was,” Bondi told Mark Levin. “I kept saying, ‘There has to be more.’ Kash Patel asked the same thing and got the same line. Then a whistleblower tipped me off—SDNY was sitting on thousands of pages.”

In an explosive interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Bondi revealed that the FBI has now received a truckload of Epstein-related documents from the SDNY.

Bondi also revealed that she has assigned FBI Director Kash Patel to lead a thorough investigation into why these critical documents were withheld.

The Congressman compared the Epstein case to other infamous cover-ups, such as the classified JFK files, the UFO revelations, and the still-hidden details of RFK’s assassination.

“It’s just like the Kennedy files, the UFO files, and RFK and JFK. It’s been too long, and all of a sudden, President Trump starts raising Cain about John F. Kennedy, and suddenly they find 14,000 new files out of the blue,” Burchett said.

“I mean, what is this—Raiders of the Lost Ark warehouse that they got this stuff in? I don’t know. It’s ridiculous. It’s a cover-up,” he added.

Rep. Burchett isn’t the only one raising serious doubts about the Epstein files.

In a recent interview with Rep. Matt Gaetz on One America News Network (OANN), Chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) cast serious doubts regarding Attorney General Pam Bondi’s forthcoming release of the Jeffrey Epstein client list.

Rep. Luna: “I’m not confident on the Epstein client list because I haven’t had the briefing yet from the Department of Justice. I’ll know more tomorrow on that. But based on what I’m hearing from the attorney general, she keeps saying that she is going to release something, so I’m going to take her at her word for that. Now, whether that something is a full list, we have asked for the full list. We have asked for all the documentation. We are pushing for maximum transparency. But again, we do not hold declassification authority. That is up to the attorney general.”
